National public safety network provider Airwave recognises and rewards the hard work of its people through its annual Star Awards ceremony – a nomination-driven event that gives employees the chance to highlight those unique people who make a difference to colleagues and customers every day.

Working within Airwave’s strong branding, we created a stunning animated video that conveyed the core messages of the event. Recording vox-pop segments of familiar faces within the business to enhance the team feel, we combined these with music, 3D animation and text messages to deliver a highly emotional and motivational experience.
